Lawrence Park, formally Walney Farm which was established to preserve wild life, historical ruins and provide for picnicking, hiking and sporting events. Chantilly schools are excellent in keeping with Fairfax County’s national academic acclaim. New single family houses, townhouses and condos are limited, most homes are less than 25 years old and housing values mirror average Fairfax County subdivision home prices. Nice homes, townhomes and condominiums less than 20 years old are also available at nearby Planned Unit Development (PUD) For those seeking more affordable homes, there are sometimes a few condos for sale at Chantilly Park Condominiums located at the intersection of Route 50 and Centreville Road.

Van Metre offers condos and townhouses at Mercer Park starting at $220,000 and Drees Homes at The Pines of Chantilly from $459,900.
