No new townhouses or condominiums are currently for sale in Round Hill, Virginia but there are some relatively new townhomes from the $200s in the resale marketplace. New Single family homes are priced from approximatley $315,000 at the Villages of Round Hill by Oak Hill Properties on a contract basis.
