Demand for new homes in Loudoun County Virginia has stabilized and price reductions have moderated. Savvy new home buyers are quickly purchasing the remaining below market housing opportunities. In comparison to Fairfax, Loudoun County new homebuyers have a better chance of finding a new home at an affordable price and the school system is excellent.

Located in eastern Loudoun County, Ashburn, Virginia has the county's highest number of sales transactions in the past year. In 2011, new home prices in Loudoun County stabilized and are moving higher in 2012. Single family, townhome and condominium prices are lower than the 2006-2009 real estate market. Selma Estates has gorgeous natural topography with striking views... a must see, reasonably priced development sharing a certain ambiance few communities in Loudoun County can challenge. Selma's outstanding single family value does not have the feel of a housing track, rather a gentile southern estate nestled in trees, horse farms and rolling hills.

Brookfield Homes has two new communities in Loudoun County: The Preserve at Goose Creek in Ashburn and Little River Preserve in Chantilly. Sales for both developments have been terrific in keeping with Brookfield's knack for introducing innovative and exciting single family floor plans at reasonable low $500's pricing.
