Information about Schools and is available including SAT scores. Houses for sale are abundent in Fairfax, Ashburn, Leesburg, Haymarket and Gainesville. The Virginia and Maryland real estate market is one of the strongest in The United States-USA. There are thousands of Northern VA homes for sale, townhomes for sale and new condominiums for sale. Fairfax homes, townhouses, condos are often more expensive than Loudoun County single family houses, town homes and condos. Fairfax housing, including apartments is more costly on average than Loudoun County houses or Prince William Virginia homes. The largest new house communities are: Brambleton-Loudoun,Va (Ashburn)Lansdowne in Loudoun(Leesburg) Dominion Valley, Victory Lakes, Vint Hill and Braemar in Prince William County, VA as well as South Riding by Toll Brothers in Loudon County. Stone Ridge, Beacon Hill, Broadlands and Belmont CountryClub are popular housing developments. These communities are near many fine private, public, elementary and high schools located in both VA and MD near new single family homes, townhomes and condominiums with daycare and childcare centers nearby. New homes in Fairfax County VA are generally more expensive than new homes in Loudoun County Virginia or Prince William County Virginia. New housing in Montgomery County Maryland is generally more expensive than homes in Anne Arundel or Prince Georges County MD. Washington DC real estate prices have been rising quickly as well, particularly in 2004.
