Fairfax homes, townhouses, condos are often more expensive than Loudoun County single family houses, town homes and condos. Fairfax housing, including apartments is more costly on average than Loudoun County houses or Prince William Virginia homes. New housing in Montgomery County Maryland is generally more expensive than homes in Anne Arundel or Prince Georges County MD.
